    Booked this hotel for last few days of our trip to Italy. We were disappointed. There is no staff past 7 pm which made check in difficult. We had to call staff to get directions then did a self check in. Communication was difficult as Agoda blocked out contact numbers on WhatsApp text. Staff was not present on first two mornings. The last day staff was there and helpful so 1 of 3 days. Felt more like rooms for rent. The hotel promo pics are very deceiving. We stayed at a beautiful full service hotel in the same area for similar price. This hotel is not worth the money.
