Everything. Localisation, apartment size and style, very helpful and kind owner. Fast is near to the train station and also bus station. Close to the apartment here is a plenty of good restaurants you got everything you need in range of 500m. Strongly recommended If stay in Palermo only here.

The location is perfect, close to the station and many tourist attractions. Also it was very clean.
Be aware that there are almost no windows in the whole apartment, thus it can a bit dark and closed.
There is no toilet seat, the host said that the previous guest have broken it and that they will replace it. This sadly didn’t happen and we were stuck with broken toilet.
Also the sound isolation is poor, so you can hear almost anything happening in the hallway.
