Posizione fantastica per vivere Palermo Molto carina tutta caratteristica curata nei dettagli e Francesca molto disponibile e carina ci ha fatto addirittura tenere i bagagli in un suo appartamento così abbiamo potuto vivere l’ultimo gg con serenità

Tutto e il fatto che era tutta a tema Sicilia

La posizione permette di immergersi nella brulicante vita del mercato Ballarò e vivere pienamente l' atmosfera gioiosa che caratterizza questa parte di Palermo, poi si è a due passi dalla stazione centrale e dalle due vie principali per le passeggiate nel centro storico.

Sia il bidet che la vaschetta del WC ricevono pochissima acqua, credo per un problema idraulico, questo rende praticamente inutilizzabile il bidet, ed eterno il riempimento della vaschetta del WC ad ogni suo utilizzo.

It's a perfect cozy space for 2 people, it's small but there was room for everything you need - bed, clothes storage, a little lounge, TV, dining table, kitchen with cooking facilities, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet & sink. It's a little homely love nest away from the craziness of Palermo & the air con is sooooo good, you need it during the summer. The owner leaves you little extras - breakfast pastries & toast, coffee pods for the machine & bottled water plus the towels are the softest fluffiest towels I've ever experienced!! Location steps away from Ballaro Market, convenient cheap food to eat & buy for later. Eat everything at the market, it's all fantastic.

This isn't the owner's fault, they can't change this, I found the location a bit sketchy amongst a poor & rough community. Steps away from the Ballaro Market means lots of very loud noise & music with people screaming out advertising their products at the market from very early in the morning till late afternoon. During the night people hang around this area so you'll hear motorcycles & Vespas, people talking & walking past even at 1am, 2am, 3am. I got used to it quickly, there will be an adjustment period.

L'hôte a été compréhensive : lorsque nous avons découvert que l'appartement n'avait qu'une porte sur rue et pas de fenêtre, elle a accepté de nous installer dans un autre appartement, avec fenêtre ; et une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendait dans le frigo. Mais le petit déjeuner, sans bol ni tasse, était constitué d1 seule capsule de café pour 2, de 4 biscottes en sachet, 2 croissants en sachet, confiture industrielle... Et l'immeuble est bruyant.

L'appartement que nous avons refusé et celui que nous avons eu sont des RDC, sombres, humides, dont la déco soignée fait illusion mais ne compense pas. On sent que le profit compte plus que tout ; c'est décevant.
