The beach is beautiful, clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and it is a family run.

The “domiks” or tiny homes are outdated. Walls are carpeted, a bit dingy. Furniture is old.

If you want to enjoy your own private beach, not too far from the busy Sevan city, this is the best place ! The family is absolutely adorable, and will make your stay even better if possible! They upgraded our booking without any charge and prepared a delicious dinner for us that we shared together. Highly recommend this paradise place !
