Очень удобный дом, просторная гостиная, приятная терраса под навесом. Хозяин радушный, гостеприимный, угощал нас вкусным вином, всегда был на связи. Советую ужинать в одноименном ресторане на берегу Севана, там же хороший пляж

Excellent location, beautifull view, very friendly host. Really big house with four bedrooms, large living space and amazing veranda which we liked the most. Secluded area, no big shops around. But you can buy everything you need at a small shop and bakery nearby. Some kitchen items were missing and immediately provided by the host. Thank you Azat, we were happy to stay at your house!

Overall, we had a great experience with the Tarsus guesthouse; staffs were incredibly helpful, especially the owner, Mr. Azat and the amenities were good. The villa was comfortable, clean, and perfect to enjoy a weekend with friends. We will definitely stay there when we come back!
