Atmosphere was very good. Stuff were so friendly and kind. Location was perfect. They provided what ever we needed.

It looks like a motel. Each room is like a small apartment with its own terrasse and trees. It's on the ground floor, so it's really easy to enter with heavy luggage. And the view on the lake (and the monastery) is beautiful. The owner was nice.

The best asset of this place is location near (but not next to! - there are no noises) main road, in the vicinity of the town, with private beach.
My general expression is that the place is a bit old and neglected, but more or less in Armenian average. Definitely the breakfast could be better and bigger, but it's fair to say we were there off season.

Great views of the lake Sevan and surrounding mountains far away.
Too cold in november, unheated cabins.
