Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.

**Parties / Gatherings over max occupancy of 5 guests are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. There is an exterior camera monitoring the backyard to ensure the safety of our bikes & beach gear. The inside fireplace is not available for use.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.
It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence in violation of section 775.215, Florida Statues precluding such residency within 1,000 feet of any school, child care facility, park, or playground.

The communication is great. I would have liked the porch area to be cleaner. The table was dirty and the stacked chairs hasn’t been cleaned. Also just for reference the back area has no privacy and the window treatment is gauze see thru.

Nice manager & location. A/C was broken unfortunately and it got up to 80 in the house- they came and fixed it within a few hours.
