The worst experience on Booking.com, if I wasn't with the kids, I would have left the first evening.

I liked that it was in the middle of the city but that didn't help the fact that it was almost disgustingly dirty.

one of the bedroom doors is broken, so you can't close the door, spiderweb on the ceiling, sticky dirty floor, very, very dirty sofa, terrible cigarette smell, bathtub moldy on the edge and uncomfortable to use due to the accessories and lack of curtain, air vents out of place and full of dust, lack of mosquito nets, with the windows closed or open it's the same, because the windows don't cover the sounds of the nightlife or the cathedral at all, the roller blinds are broken or defective in both bedrooms, I found sesame seeds in the bedding that was supposed to be clean, one of the kitchen chairs was broken, Internet devices were thrown on the floor near the entrance with all the wires visible.

Nice location easy check in and check out. Part of the view is nice

The window shutter on one of the beadrooms was broken and can't be opened (cand enjoy the full view for wich you choose the aparment). The bathtub was broken and leaked. Cleanliness is laking. Overall the aparment needs some upgrades and some attention.

Clean, very comfortable beds, the place looks wonderful, easy to find, you have everything you need close to the location and most of the tourist attractions from the city 😊

Family with small children

Good location and value for the money - excelent location - apartment was comfortable and spacious - nice and fairly renovated - good value for money - overall it's all OK, probably would stay here again (if some of the mentioned issues were taken care off)

Not well maintained - very dirty, flor was sticky, the owner did not clean well before we arrived. The first thing we had to do was to totally clean it - visitors before us left very bad smell which we could not get rid off until the end of our visit - beds and sheets were not prepared, we had to do it ourselves - The blinds in one room did not function, I saw it in one review posted a couple of months ago and it still hasn't been fixed - the traffic and church bells are very loud, for us this was not an issue, we missed the city noise, but for somebody who comes to relax this may be a deal breaker

Good apartment in good location

Great central location, large rooms, washing machine (but no drying rack). Easy access (elevator) & reasonably comfy bed

Blinds in both rooms broken (one won't go up, one won't go down). Lots of cupboard space but lack of kitchen equipment (pots, pans etc). Shower needs a screen as it floods place. Gets noise from busy road in mornings. Difficult communication with owners

in one of the bedrooms the blinds was not working, maybe someone broke them, but will be excellent if were fixed. the floor in the living room and also in the bathroom was dirty and there were no slippers, everything else was perfect.

Great location. I was allowed to leave baggage earlier. No Internet or no instrucions even if the modem was there. The owner didn't answer 2 Whatsapps about it.

Excellent place directly in the center

Excellent location directly in the centre, just opposite the cathedral. The apartment is large and well equipped. All is completely new and clean. The directions to reach the apartment were clear, and self check in worked well.

Smeštaj je bio jako prljav. Agenciji sam poslala slike. Bukvalno nije imalo ciste povrsine u stanu. Došli smo porodično sa decom, morali smo prvo mi da oribamo stan kako bi moglo da se prespava. Nikada nismo ovo doživeli. Jako neprijatno iskustvo.
