Wonderful apartment in the heart of Timisoara!

The place has excellent location! The apartment is clear and well organised . You couldn't ask for more, it very good value for money. You even have a real chance for a free parking place near the building.

A comfortable and convenient stay that meets our needs

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with every convenience. Clean linen and plenty of towels. There is air conditioning, an electric kettle, an espresso machine with pods and sugar. In the fridge, we found water, Coca-Cola, Fanta and beer. On the table, there were single-serving packets of sweets and biscuits. The host is very kind and helpful. He comes immediately if called. The apartment is centrally located on Piazza Victorei. For breakfast, you can go to Prospero, a bakery-bar that has excellent items. An excellent experience.

The courtyard of the building is not very welcoming.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Excellent location. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was stocked with nice selection of coffee, creamer, tea, drinks and little snacks.

We liked everything about the apartment, location is great, exactly in the city center of Timisoara. The host is very friendly, offered us flexible check in and a parking lot. The facilities are great and the apartment is dotate with everything you might need.

Excellent location. The cleaning should be professional. Run down elevator-building-courtyard.

The communication with the owner was excellent. His instructions beforehand for approaching the building, parking and entering the apartment were impressively detailed and very helpful. Our getting in to the apartment was the quickest to date. He also suggested a restaurant where we ended up eating at and reallly enjoyed. The location of the apartment is ideal, right next to the city's main square. We liked that we had a balcony where we could smoke, but there was only one chair available there and no table for the ashtray, just a small space by the window. And because we didn't feel like carrying a chair from the kitchen to the balcony, we took turns instead of us sitting together as a couple on the balcony to smoke and talk.

We were there for one evening. The main things we really wanted were a comfortable bed, a working fridge, a clean apartment, hot water and peace and quiet. The one thing out of all of these that we didn't have was a spotlessly clean house and that was because the owner of the apartment who does the cleaning by himself is probably not professionally trained. We understant that the apartment is pretty big and thus difficult for one untrained man to keep clean, but finding stains in the bathroom was for us the reason for the rating to drop from 7 to 5 (and that is us being very polite). I'm sorry, but if I find the least bit of dirt in the bathroom (especially on the toilet seat) I am unable to feel comfortable in that unsterilized space. I didn't say anything to my husband until we left so that we would take a shower and wouldn't want to leave immediately, but I waited until we returned to our home in Greece to take a bath. Another big issue for us was the parking lot and the building. The parking lot was really run down, not at all well-lit at night and because the groung was unpaved, uneven and full of holes and rocks it was very tricky walking there at night, it didn't feel safe. Also, the building was very old and so was the elevator. Not only was it claustrophobic (the two of us with two backpacks could barely fit inside) and deafening, but it really didn't feel extremely safe. We would have preferred to have a contactless check-out, but we had to meet with the owner (who lives upstairs) and leave the keys to him. Although he was very polite and discreet, having to leave the keys to the host especially in places where the check-in is contactless feels like the host is checking up on us.

The below feedback is subjective. Other preferences might differ. - The pillows were too tall and hard - TV's in the bedrooms would be a good idea. However, I can understand why they don't exist there, because the host advised most people just book for 1 night, so I guess it's not worth it to invest in TVs when people just come there to sleep. - The parking was a bit strange.. if we wouldn't have communicated with the host, we wouldn't know how we should've proceeded.

Wery pleased with this booking.

Location is excellent. It is near Victory Square. Just in front of it. Appartment is on last floor, and it has a lift. We got parking beside building, with view to car from window. Owner was wery helpful and polite.

The appartment has no airconditioning. Owner says it will be installed. But during our stay (with 38 degrees outside) it not being there was definitely an issue.

City trip with 3 kids

The location is superb. The old centre and sights are just around the corner. Our host was very friendly and helpful. E.g. parking instructions were given a couple of days prior to our arrival.

The apartment is suited for four people. Our youngest slept on the couch (with provided bed sheets and a pillow), which was fine. He slept fine despite missing "bedroom" curtains.

Excellent location at the heart of the city, within walking distance to the Metropolitan Cathedral, National Opera, Banat Art Museum, the Art Nouveau palaces, Maria Theresia Bastion, a waterbus stop and lots of other attractions. Clean, spacious apartment, with modern, tastefully decorated rooms, minimalistic but smartly furnished, comfortable beds, lots of conveniently placed plug sockets, excellent quality Wi-Fi, balcony and a very well equipped kitchen. Very kind and efficient owner, who welcomed us and ensured a smooth check-in process, made himself available around the clock to assist us with anything we might need and facilitated the parking at the property, at no cost.

Unusually early check-out time (9:00AM). However, the host showed flexibility. Although the apartment is relatively well thermally isolated, it would benefit from air conditioning during the canicular summer days.

This is a really nice place to stay, in the center of Timișoara, close to everything. The apartment is clean, has everything you need, including plates or towels. The owner is really helpful, let some treats that were appreciated by my kids.

Beautiful apartment in center of Timisoara! Equipped with a great taste, cosy, warm, i slept like a baby. Location can’t be better, and it has a private, secured parking space. Owner is a great guy, kind and helpful! if i ever go again to Timisoara i will definetly sleep there!

Amazing, clean and cozy apartment, just a few minutes from city center!

The hosts are amazing, they showed us everything and helped us with accommodation and parking. Dan is amazing, he speaks Serbian and we felt like we were at home. The apartment is comfy, cozy, and clean. Equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Location is perfect, a few minutes from the main square and city opera. Huge recommendation for Lucky Home and its hosts (Dan and his lovely wife)

Odlicna lokacija. Ljubazan domacin nam je poslao sve bitne informacije vrlo jasno i propraceno slikama radi lakseg snalazenja ( kako oko parkinga tako i oko zgrade i preuzimanja samih kljuceva) Bili smo u novembru mesecu, napolju je bilo jako hladno ali u stanu je bilo bas toplo. Stan je inace bio jako cist i uredan.

Im Badezimmer hat der Abfluss gestunken, der Geruch war unangenehm, aber gut auszuhalten. Wäre schöner ohne stinkenden Geruch, dann wäre die Wohnung top.

Nu recomand această locație celor care pun preț pe curățenie

Apartament spațios situat în centrul orașului, cu posibilitatea excelentă de a descoperi frumusețea târgului de Crăciun și de a lua parte la evenimentele organizate cu ocazia sărbătorilor de iarnă. Paturile confortabile, bucătăria dotată cu tot ce este nevoie, cafea și ceai puse la dispoziție de proprietari.

Deși am ajuns la locație după un drum lung și obositor, nu am avut curajul să facem duș, deoarece baia nu era curată. Am ales acest apartament pentru că are pe site un scor mare la curățenie, dar din păcate realitatea este cu totul alta. Toate colțurile dușului și toate obiectele sanitare au nevoie de o curățare serioasă și meticuloasă, deoarece acolo s-a curățat doar superficial și s-a adunat multă mizerie, praf, fire de păr.....

Ottimo appartamento al centro storico. Scendi e sei subito in piazza vittoria. La posizione è ottima. L'appartamento è grande, cin due camere matrimoniali, una sala enorme, una cucina completa di tutto ed un bagno con una grandissima doccia. Ottima pulizia, il proprietario Dan è yna persona squisita, disponibile e premurosa. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per chi alloggia a Timisoara.
