This home is perfect for visitors coming to enjoy a football/hockey game, bachelorette/family weekend, or business traveler wanting to be in the city. Buchanan Arts District provides travelers with an amazing eclectic urban experience with quick access to all of Music City's treats.
By default we give you your space and privacy. You can text/call at us at anytime if you have any questions or requests. We love people, but we always assume that guests want maximum privacy.
Buena Vista /Germantown has been featured in many national media outlets as a "must go" destination for it's culinary acclaim, style, and art scene. During your stay you'll love visiting the shops at the Farmers Market or dining with friends at the world famous Monell's. There's plenty all around to see and experience!
Prior to your check-in, we will send you information that includes the code to get into the house and everything else you might need to know during your stay.
Upon arrival, park on the right side of the driveway in front of the home or on the street directly in front of the home. There's also a garage available for parking as well. Upon arrival walk up the right side-walk and porch to the home on the right and enter home (your combination to get in is in the check-in info).
Guests will have entire house to themselves.

As we learn more each day, we want you to know that we are taking immediate steps to minimize the impact of COVID-19 and ensure a safe an enjoyable stay for your time in Nashville dwelling with us. We've taken extra cleaning and disinfecting measures to ensure the safety of all of our guests to put their mind at ease and to mitigate potential health risks.
This newly built chic modern oasis is furnished with industrial and unique southern finds and includes 3 large spacious bedrooms, bedrooms have King, Queen, and full size beds in them accompanied by in room sitting areas, Smart Tv's, and high speed internet. Additionally, there's a Magnificent living room area that houses a queen sleeper sofa, Entertainment space, Full kitchen W/ Coffee + Snack bar equipped with all the comforts of home. There's also 2 full bathrooms (upstairs) and one 1/2 bathroom (downstairs).
This is a prime pickup location for Ride-share services such as Uber, Lyft, Nashville Joy Ride, etc. Rides to downtown Nashville and local hot spots range from approximately $7-$10 from this point of origination.

We went for my niece’s bachelorette party and us “older” ladies stayed in one house and the “younger” girls in another! The house is beautifully decorated and they have truly thought of everything you may need (or want!!) The large bunk beds were ideal and the other two queens worked perfect! Master bath is amazing, plus cute little sitting porches!
