About this house rental
This modern build is located in central Nashville. With 3 stories and over 1,700 Sq Ft of space, this home is perfect for large groups of friends, families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, couples, etc.
- On the weekends I have a 2 night FRIDAY/SATURDAY night minimum.
- Early check in optional for a fee, must be discussed before hand and agree to terms.
- I am open to dogs, but must meet requirements, please disclose of any pets before hand and we can decide if they meet the requirements. Thank you/ $100 non refundable pet fee.
- The home does have outside surveillance. Great for the owners and the guests.
The layout: The first floor welcomes you to a wide open kitchen and living area with a queen size fold down couch(2 ppl) and a large sectional sofa. The second floor has 1 queen size bed(2 ppl) and 1 queen size bunk bed(4 ppl). The third floor has another queen size bunk(4 ppl) and a sofa that transforms into a king size sleeper. There is also a queen size air mattress as well! The downstairs back door leads you to a large 12x17 ft. back deck with seating and a grill. Large backyard for pets and throwing the football if wanted. The third floor has a fridge and a rooftop patio with lounge seating for beautiful sunny days. The home is 2.4 miles to downtown and is just minutes from the interstate. Get to downtown, midtown, the gulch, trendy 12th south and all the best restaurants in just MINUTES! $7-$10 Uber to most places. Buchanan Art District is an emerging area, and is delightfully close to the favorite areas for locals and travelers. The must-try, award winning Slim & Husky's is only a two minute walk. A quick drive will leave you in the heart of the Farmer’s Market, Germantown, Music Row, Demonbreun, the Gulch, or Downtown Nashville! Right in the midst of two prestigious universities and near the Bridgestone Arena, there is always something happening with the college community during the Fall and major sports seasons.
Just a few miles from Vanderbilt and Belmont, and a little under 3 miles from the Bridgestone Arena as well. The Nations is just 3-4 minutes away, with cool local bars and restaurants. Wow! What a great stay! The place easily accommodated our group of 10 for my daughter’s 21st bday trip to Nashville. The host is amazing and so quick with responding to messages. Loved the location! Uber was easy to use to get around and reasonable 8-15. We felt so close to everything as stated in the description. We spent time at Broadway in the evenings and during the day we walked around Bicentennial Capitol Park and Nashville Farmers’ Market (highly recommend). Several times we walked to the Loading Dock for our morning coffee and enjoyed the coffee and the environment. Can’t wait to come back.

From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, this was an absolutely wonderful experience! The host was incredibly communicative, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well-stocked. It's rare to find a rental that's truly equipped with everything you might need, but this one exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and so many thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. It was obvious that the host put a lot of care into anticipating guests' needs.The house was comfortable, welcoming, and made it easy to relax and simply enjoy our trip without worrying about running out to buy basic necessities. Every detail contributed to a stress-free, enjoyable stay.If you're considering booking this property, don't hesitate—you won't be disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding VRBO experience. Five stars all the way!

The property was very clean, easy to find, and had good parking. The host Will was great to communicate and overall very friendly. Showers were hot and pressure was great, 4 people took a shower in succession and only the last one was cold (understandable). Idk if the tap water was city or well but it tasted fine. The patio is one the 3rd floor and is spacious, as well as a big fenced in backyard. The beds were SO comfortable. I gave it a 3 star for 2 reasons.. nothing to do with the property manager and everything to do with the person to built/ renovated the building. 1) the location. It's a 10-15 minute drive to downtown (which is fine) but multiple drivers told our group that it wasn't a safe neighborhood to walk around in at night. 2) the design layout. It's loud, quiet conversations carry between the 1st floor and the 3rd floor very easily so bring noise machines or plan accordingly. Also, the coffee maker so this isn't a problem now because we bought and left a 12cup carafe and filters at the property- their coffee maker is a kurig with no supplied kcups and no water filter. We didn't have any notable issues with the property being in an "unsafe" area besides 1 or 2 Ubers dropping our ride request and one night the entire first floor smelled like weed, we think from the neighbors or a passerby. The noise was an issue because of the shape of the building (it's essentially a sound-funnel with that staircase).
