Whether you are looking to experience the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love the vibrant music, food, and art culture of Nashville and we know you will too. For each reservation, we provide our curated insider area guide with specific suggestions and tips for your trip.
Getting Around:
We recommend utilizing ride share apps like Uber or Lyft for destinations further in the city.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Lots of nice large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets! Very easy communication with host. The open area with living/dining/kitchen was great for our multi-generational visit. The dining table was so large we had 3 1000 piece puzzles on it at the same time!

This gem is something you might drive by - but let me tell you it was perfect for 4 moms and 4 boys to stay at. The beds were comfortable, the interior was clean and updated and every bedroom had a bathroom. The hot tub was great and plenty of seating at the table.

House itself was spacious. Plenty of room for 6 adults. A little TLC needed w/hooks from bathroom & bedrooms not secured. Walls were dirty (new paint needed I areas). For such a beautiful space, the one-ply toilet paper was not up to “luxury” definition.The outside area did NOT depict the actual space. The furniture was old, table was broken, rip in worn out hammock, chairs faded, hot tub had a green hue, VERY DISAPPOINTING! Neighborhood not the best. Looks like they are trying to revitalize. Heard 5 shots fired last night at 1:30am w/4 cop cars in quick per suit just a few streets down.
