Good spot to stay to see Nashville. This was close to the downtown, easy Uber ride there. The house was very comfortable and clean.

I read all the reviews before we choose to stay here and figured I would try my best to give a good honest review. We rented a car at the airport, so we didn’t worry about Uber/Lyft but it’s just a short drive to Broadway.
There was 7 adults and the house fit us perfectly. It was very clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. There are tons of books, games, and movies if you are planning a night in or have some downtime. The neighborhood is up and and coming, while it’s not the best, we felt safe the entire time. All of Nashville is that way though!
I saw a few reviews talking about the yard. It’s the middle of summer and Nashville has A LOT of humidity. Plants love humidity and grow like weeds. So no the yard isn’t perfectly maintained but it wasn’t bad like some of the reviews.
Our experience was great and we would stay here again!

The house was amazing! We was a family of 3 and it was enough room for us all! From the bedroom, to the living room, to the kitchen, to the game room and the outside fire pit. We had no complaints. Kristen was amazing, she kept in contact and made sure everything was ready by time we checked in. Even with the power outage, she constantly checked on us! We definitely love our first trip to Nashville TN!

We had so much fun and can't wait to go back, this home will definitely be on our list of homes to rent again for future visits. Everyone in our group was very satisfied with the stay and it felt like being at home.
