No complaints at all about the property. Beautiful located exceptionally well built.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good, once we learned to put the handle in the middle for hot water. (Same for the sink.) It was wonderful to be able to open the window and let in the fresh air. The location is fantastic, right in the center of town.
The walls are thin and we could clearly hear those in the adjoining rooms. The loft of one of the neighbors was directly over the bed and light could be seen coming between the floor boards until they turned the light off.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of town and an easy walk to Black Lake. The host was kind and took wonderful care of us. Highly recommeded.

Convenient location, parking is available
The room didn't have any air conditioning nor a fan. so we had to keep windows open all the time. It was still super hot during the day until ~ 9-10 pm, especially on the 2nd floor. Also, it was very very loud in the evenings and at night time dogs were barking right outside the window. It would be nice if there was at least a fan in the room, so you could close the window at nights..
