Durmitorski konaci apartments

Situated in a quiet village only two minutes by car from central Žabljak, the property offers a truly authentic local experience. The house was exceptionally clean and cozy. The highlight of our stay was the delicious, homemade breakfast prepared by Nikola using fresh local ingredients.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable, and I'd suggest adding blackout curtains to the windows. The room gets extremely bright early in the morning, which wakes you up sooner than you might like.

We loved everything about our stay in this apartment. It was cozy, comfortable (omg, the bed, the water pressure), well equipped (kitchenware, coffee, teas, etc.), quiet and close to the national park. The host was lovely, the breakfast he brought us excellent (we told him we're vegetarians and he brought varying breakfasts - and the best cheese pita we've had in three weeks of travelling through Balkan states). So the only thing we didn't like was that we had only booked two nights. We would definitely come again.

The proximity to Durmitor national park was perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was huge and delicious.

The walls were so thin we could hear every movement of the people next door. The window wouldn’t open properly and the room got hot. Also would have been nice to know it was upstairs to haul luggage.

Just a. Advice, the amount of crockery stored was way much then wht cna be used by a small family .. may be that space could be utilised better
