The place is new, super clean and the staff is extremely nice, helpful and polite! Full recommendation from my side, especially for short stays. Close to the center, so you can walk or go by car to the nearest restaurant for food. :)
Nothing that we didn't like, more that the apt. was a bit small. But again, for 1-2 night stay it's more than enough. :)

Vladimir was a lovely host.
A very genuine man.
Had heating if needed.
I don’t think you need Aircon at night as altitude is 1430 mts or 4600 ft.
Parking is free right at front of property.
Unrelated be careful regarding walk around black lakes.
It’s beautiful but trails disappear so maybe take lovely photos with in a few hundred metres of start.Oro restaurant was good in town.
Good value we thought for accommodation.
Rafting and zip wire are a must as scenery is fantastic.
25 min outside of town.
A mile down hill to centre of town.uphill
Long boring walk.
