41ara1029 Stunning & renovated in Sagrada Familia

Ładne mieszkanie z trzema odrębnymi sypialniami oraz dwoma łazienkami ( jedna dość mała). Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony na 4 piętrze z windą. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z firmą wynajmującą. Dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu Sagrada Familia. Pod domem piekarnia i sklepy.

The apartment was fully equiped with all the necessery things, clean, sunny and comfort.

There was no additional bed sheet for the sofabed in the leaving room, and the interenet was very poor. The beds were too small for two people.

Apartment was clean, relatively close to transportation and supermarkets. Walkable distance to Sagrada. Quiet residential building during night. Cleaning & bathroom amenities were provided. They have elevator to 4th floor.

We arrived at the address 19:02 but still charged the ridiculous amount of 30 eur for late checkin. Where on earth 19:00 is late? Why not add the amount to the cost and drop this or use a key box for self checkin? All 3 beds are very small probably 140cm wide. Windows are very thin so first bedroom and livingroom facing the street are noisy. Walls also thin: 6 am tv from neighbor every morning. The other 2 bedrooms have windows against common inner court of kitchens and because they dont close properly smell of food cooking or smoking enters the bedrooms. Dish washing machine has rusty wire shelve so not really sanitary for washing dishes anymore. Main bathroom door has corner bloated by water humidity.
