This Player's Club condo is the second home of one of West TN's top interior decorators. This condo was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. Newly redone bathrooms, bedrooms, living area and kitchen await you in this quiet, secluded bayside condo. This Player's Club condo is perfect for people who are looking for an easy, relaxing quiet stay as the building is filled largely with permanent residents. This condo also comes with a 6-seat golf cart, private balcony overlooking the bay, and high-end everything that will help you live the good life on your next Sandestin getaway.
The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the extras you need to keep everyone happy. Wake up slow at the breakfast bar or head out to your private balcony that offers views over the tee box of the 9th hole toward the bay.
Speaking of relaxing, the master features a king bed, floor to ceiling windows with views of the bay, and flat screen TV, along with a spa-like attached bathroom with double vanity and oversized walk-in shower with beautiful tile work and built-in bench. The guest room has two twin beds, flat screen TV and attached bath featuring plenty of space and tub/shower combo. With laundry just off the kitchen, long stays and beach trips are no problem in this stellar home away from home.
From the moment you arrive at the Player's Club you will feel the charming southern beach charm that embraces you for your entire vacation. The design of Player's Club is to relax the vacationers. - Use of golf cart is not guaranteed, additional $500 refundable security deposit and waiver required to use golf cart.
- The golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity. However, please note that availability is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be given if the golf cart is unavailable during your stay. Example reason would be the golf cart broke. We try our best to have the golf cart available!
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable condo in a very peaceful, low traffic, quiet area on the bay. Golf cart was in great condition which is a huge plus for us while staying in Sandestin. Property manager was prompt on replies and sending a kind handyman to fix something of preference to make our stay more enjoyable. Parking garage is nice for golf cart and to swap out to keep car in if wanted (large vehicle won’t fit in corner parking spot easily - no big deal). We were happy with the unit and will stay again!

This property was perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated, the view was the best one of the bay, and the neighbor was quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place for family!

Nice property, nice renovations, on the Bay & golf course. Love the golf cart (& my kids loved it) for getting around Sandestin Resort & to the Beach. Would definitely rent again.

1.) parking is a nightmare…not enough spaces to accommodate guests (the golf cart, not included in the rental) takes up the covered garage space, and is only moved upon request, at their leisure
2.) everyone has access to TJMaxx/HomeGoods/Marshall’s for decorating…the living area is nice…? but to brag about being one of Tennessee’s most prominent interior decorator’s…? Makes you wonder about Tennessee’s interior decorators
3.) some furniture is old (very old)…i.e. the secondary bedroom furniture/mattresses…the washer/dryer/small kitchen appliances…
4.) the building is old…very old…the unit smells like a nursing home…had to use plug-in’s to mask the smell
4.) the host, Marcella P. is extremely rude/unwilling to help…lied about not being near/on property (in regard to check-in/parking issues), only to find out later that was not true…drove around Sandestin for hours, waiting for a parking spot to open up…just not acceptable
Justin was a breath of fresh air…most helpful, if not for him, I would have rated the stay much lower
