About this house rental
This fully equipped cottage located on the green in Sandestin Resort Fairways is the perfect setting to experience all the resort has to offer. From restaurants and entertainment in Baytowne Village, to a day on the beach at the Gulf, you can do it all! The 4 person golf cart is an added perk to the home and may be unavailable for usage for guests at times for repairs, maintenance etc.
*Fully outfitted Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with a 60" TV on the main floor overlooks an outdoor deck for dining and grilling (propane). Powder Room off entryway.
*Second floor Master Bedroom with a King, 42" TV, beautiful view of the green, private bath with double vanity, tub/shower combo.
*Second bedroom on second floor features a Full bed and a roll away twin bed, 42" TV, peek of the Bay to the North and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
*Propane Grill. Keurig Coffee Maker. One car can park out front. Golf Cart included with rental.
*There is also a washer and dryer located in the unit.
*Carefree check in so that you go right to this vacation residence.

The property was great and exactly as described! Upon arrival everything was clean and in order. Communication with the property owner was great and responses were quick. The Sandestin resort offers everything a family needs to kick back relax and enjoy time together.

We had a wonderful experience at the property. It was conveniently located close to the beaches and had additional parts like golf course access and beach access. You could also use the owners golf cart to drive around. The condo itself was very nicely maintained and it exceeded our expectations. The property management where very friendly and accommodate all our requests. We also called in on a maintenance service for a shower drain clog which was immediately addressed. Excellent work by all of them. Would definitely recommend this for others.

We love staying in Sandestin. The condo was nice and clean. The golf cart could use a cleaning and alignment, but ran good and was grateful for it. The only issue was a gap in the front door at the top. A GIANT bug creeped in and scared us lol. Overall great stay! I would stay again.
