Very bright during the day with lots of windows. Great view of the lake and its waterfowl. Ground floor access with parking outside.
I don't think the shower in the master bathroom turns on. The grab bars in the other upstairs bathroom are defective. A drawer in the downstairs bathroom cabinet needs repair. And the kitchen fluorescent fixture may need a new transformer (it buzzes).
