Take a walk, bike or jog around the lakes and bay, and remember there is a tunnel under Highway 98 that takes you straight to the beach. You could spend your entire vacation in Sandestin. It offers everything you need for a memorable vacation-four award-winning golf courses, numerous neighborhood pools, abundant dining and shopping, spa services and more. We were down on a golf outing. The condo was updated and clean. Great layout inside, very spacious. The two main bedrooms were also very spacious as well. The outside deck area is a real bonus, great views of the bay, golf course, and lagoon. Great area for evening cocktails.End unit with plenty of parking and a six seater golf cart.

This was an excellent place for a relaxing family vacation! The golf cart made it incredibly easy to get around the resort—from the pools to the beach and even the evening entertainment. There was also a pool within walking distance, which was a nice bonus.Our six kids absolutely loved having their own bunk beds, each with a personal light and outlet. The bathrooms were very nice, and the space was just right for our family of eight—comfortable without feeling cramped.One of the highlights was the private dock, where the kids enjoyed watching ducks and turtles (they even named them all!). We also saw others fishing right off the dock, which added to the fun atmosphere.Since this unit was on the end, it only shared one wall, making it easy to walk from the front to the back of the property without going inside. We also really appreciated having an outdoor grill for family dinners.The amenities included in the resort were great. Included with the unit, two bicycles could be rented daily. More were also available for an extra fee (including bike trailers and infant seats) . There were also paddle boards that could be rented for a for an extra fee. Tennis courts could be reserved for an additional fee. And even a night bonfire could be rented as well.Any small issues we had were addressed immediately by the management company, who were easy to reach and very responsive.We would absolutely stay here again!

The area is amazing. Def recommend renting any of the houses on the property. This one I would pass on the communication was lacking was having problem with the Internet when we got there and didn’t get a response until later when the listing says to call for 24hr help. And it wasn’t even a response it was just a screenshot of the original email. Which didn’t help we figured it out ourselves. The room with all the bunk beds is super hot no fan in there and idk if the vents in there work well. We were only provided one paper towel roll and one trash bag we rented it for an entire week. We have stayed at a lot of places and this is by far the only one we have had that much trouble with. They don’t really explain what you have access too while renting the house so def get someone that actually manages it themselves and doesn’t go through a company who doesn’t really care about really being accommodating. Maybe someone that actually responds to questions. Def stay at the resort but not this house in particular the house was very nice just seemed very bare minimum.
