We did not get the code for opening the key box at the apartment door on time, instead after we called custumer service (as they did not contact us to tell us about the change) they instruced us to personally get the keys from their office (which is approx. 30 mins from the apartment by metro). When we arrived at the apartment the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and despite our continous efforts we could not get rid of the unpleasant smell for the entire duration of our stay (the apartment is a non-smoking place). The WiFi was not working when we arrived, it took around 24 hours for the staff to fix this problem. The shower basin was unacceptably worn down and the shower head leaked on the side.
