This was an amazing and very well carried out garage conversion! The old garage was a very comfortable and well-insulated lounge with a rear extension providing an open plan kitchen area. There is also a spacious bathroom with a wonderful walk-in shower. There is a wood burning stove in the lounge which is very effective.
Upstairs via a spiral staircase is a large bedroom with its own en suite.
The off-road parking for one car is very useful.
The property is located just off the main High street proiding easy access to shops, pubs and restuarants

Central location and parking spot in St Agnes. Quick response from the host to questions raised.
The kitchen amenities were very basic with no microwave, coffee maker, placemats, napkins/kitchen roll and only two mismatched glasses for wine, The towels, bedlinen and pillows were also not in any way luxurious and additionally there was no welcome pack or guest information regarding either the property or St. Agnes which we would have expected.
