Tucked away at the end of peaceful Water Lane, this gorgeous little one bedroom apartment is perfectly positioned to provide you with the best St Agnes has to offer right on your doorstep.
The Space:
Little Peterville is accessed up a flight of stairs adjacent to the main ‘Peterville House’. Inside, you are greeted to a welcoming interior with comfortable soft furnishings in a light coastal palette. This bijou apartment with open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen provides a cosy retreat and base for your Cornish break. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge (with ice box), electric hob and cooker. The wooden dining table is adjustable and can be extended if required.
In the evening, curl up on the sofa with a good book, or watch a film on the 43 inch Smart TV.
Off the main living area, is the bedroom which offers flexible sleeping arrangements as the room has the option of being set up either as a King Size (5ft) double bed or as a Twin room. There is a shower room with an electric shower, heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin.
Just outside the front door a balcony area provides further seating and a useful space to dry a wetsuit.
Being centrally located in the beautiful village of St Agnes, parking is of a premium, and unfortunately this property does not come with off road parking. However, there are plenty of available spaces on Rosemundy lane just around the corner.
Guest Access:
The location is what makes ‘Little Peterville’ really special. Once here, there is little need to drive anywhere else unless you wish to explore further afield. Stunning Trevaunance Cove with its rock pools and sandy beach is a mere 10 minutes stroll; and the award winning ‘Peterville Inn’ serving excellent food and drink is under 2 minutes on foot. Indeed, there are a fantastic range of amenities including independent shops, cafes, pubs and galleries all within close walking distance.
The Neighborhood:
The picturesque and historic village of St Agnes is a wonderful destination for your Cornish holiday. With a thriving local community, the village hosts a variety of independent shops and galleries, plus friendly cafes and bars serving excellent food and drink in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Trevaunance Cove’s sandy beach is just a half mile stroll down the hill from Little Peterville. Popular with families and surfers, this is a lovely place to spend the day, with a good selection of places to eat and drink.
The award winning pub, The Peterville Inn is under a 2 minute walk. Here you can expect a warm welcome, and enjoy the best of local produce all year round. Alternatively, The Tap House offers a friendly, surfy vibe with tasty dishes and delicious cocktails. There are many more fantastic places to eat and drink in St Agnes, all with their unique flavour and personality. Something that sets this village apart is the diverse array of food and drink options; combined with stunning beaches and a breathtaking coastline right on your doorstep.

There is no parking with this property - the space in front of the entrance is not a parking option.
