Nice location, poor baby facilities.
Great location. Clean.
The travel cot was broken and no one responded to our email on the first day, so we were initially without one for 2 nights. The replacement travel cot basically had a cardboard mattress which was so uncomfortable the baby did not sleep and we had to make other arrangements.

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 The Old School House, despite the musty, damp odour, downstairs.
The 3 Old School House accommodation is in an excellent location in St Agnes. It is within an easy walking distance to all the little shops, eateries, the beach and various other sites of interest. Cornwall Hideaways added a lot of personal touches in the property. The welcome hamper, attention to detail and their assistance and helpful information sheets were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Being able to collect the keys from the safety box next to the front door of the property, made our arrival easy and stress free.
3 The Old School House is a lovely property, especially the upper, open plan, living area. It is light, comfortable, has a very well equipped kitchen and a helpful book corner, featuring many about walks and places of interest in Cornwall and St Agnes. We however found the bottom floor, where the 2 bedrooms and bathroom are situated, very musty with an overwhelming smell of damp throughout. Not being able to open any windows in the main bedroom (due to the security locks), made it feel very stuffy when we were there. The bedding and towels were nevertheless fresh and clean.
