Very poor - I suggest this property is avoided.

Location Comfortable beds Good shower when the controls can be worked out!!

Unwelcoming arrival - dirty front door, discarded cardboard nearby, metal poles lying around. Poor facilities...lacking basic kitchenware, only 1 glass beer glass (others plastic), dirty coffee maker (required cleaning before use), disgusting oven tray, no coat hangers in 1 bedroom, dirty waste bins. It may be the end of season, but I imagine there's no price reduction. Absolutely no justification for the word 'luxury'

Lovely property! The place was clean and cozy, loved the hot tub and the outdoor seating area.

The bed was slightly smaller than a double bed and not the most comfortable one but still manged to rest well.

Excellent host, great location. Quirky & comfortable stay

Quirky, modern, comfortable and bijou property, perfect for 4 adults. The hot tub is a bonus and was lovely in the autumn months. Very close to all amenities within St Agnes, walking distance to pubs and restaurants. St Agnes beach is close, and perfect for swimming in winter. Simon the host was super helpful and attentive and responded to messages quickly.

The bedroom lighting is dim and quite dark. Could do with brighter bulbs.

The property was really nice great area and would recommend this property

The location was perfect, the hot tub ready to go which was nice. Two pubs within 2 min walking distance and a beach,pub and cafe ten mins the other direction a couple of small super markets close by, a decent Chinese takeaway 2 mins away plus a fish and chip shop what more could you ask for. Lands end etc a short drive away plus other coastal towns so plenty to do without having to go far. Really enjoyed our stay nice and quiet, easy parking for two cars, the bedrooms are quick dark so a great night sleep. The communication from Simon (owner) was perfect fully informative on everything from directions to what is expected whilst staying at the property never met him but seems to be a really nice person

Thought the lounge area and kitchen was a bit tired which a pot of paint would improve Even though it was stated plastic drink cups etc were available on site there was only two pint glasses, I was told that there had been a full set but had gone missing can only assume someone took a liking to them. I could have contacted the owner and these would have been replaced straight away, but I didn't feel the need to bother him over this. Maybe bring your own if staying. The dining chairs could do with replacing. This is not a bad reflection on this property and please don't be put off staying because these are in my opinion small changes and constructive suggestions because we had a superb weekend and would defiantly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Chy Glynn and loved St Agnes

Location was superb, walking distance to beach, village and excellent local eateries. We enjoyed sitting on the decking in the sun and using the hot tub. Simon was very responsive and helpful to our queries. Property was well equipped.

Shame the double glazed unit in the kitchen window was blown as it looks out over the local tin mine. We found the double bed mattress uncomfortable but understand that would be personal choice. Bath towels were really small.

beautifully fitted out hot tub was a big hit location - fabulous as minutes from a nice beach and a couple of pubs

personal preference - double bed mattress very uncomfortable. on leaving we checked under the bed to ensure we hadn’t left anything - only to find bed was being supported by a pile of planks ! en-suite shower leaks over the floor
