I absolutely loved this hotel! iI’s ~ 200m from the ocean in a peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to the city center via the double-decker sightseeing bus! The room was spotlessly clean, with a huge comfy bed, a pleasant scent, and three mirrors (including a full-length one). Breakfast was simple yet delicious with fresh croissants, and Irina at reception wrapped me in warm, home-like care.

Cheap and close to the beach. Clean and safe.
No Wi-Fi in the room. And no warm water in the shower! Had to take cold showers every day. I tried to let the water run for a long time but it didn’t work. Woke up too early a couple of day because of construction work right outside of my room. Had to stuff a blanket under the door because light and noise from the hall came into my room. The staff was watching MTV way to loud in the dining room during breakfast. When asked to pay city tax / tourist tax I had to pay cash, and got no receipt.
That seems a little suspicious.
