Location amazing, bright spacious very well equipped. Pre arrival assistance from staff was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and the aircon was on when we arrived. Thank you will definitely be back!

I must agree with other travellers the shower does overspill however it’s not a blockage issue there’s just not tilt on the floor but is not as bad as some make out and didn’t really bother us. Also the accommodation looks like it would benefit from some general maintenance , paint touch ups here and there but we still had an excellent stay and very good value for money and we will certainly go back. Please note no lift and it’s in the 2nd floor, no problem for us but worth noting

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación de la propiedad, ya que está a un paso de todo. La cocina es moderna y muy funcional, el baño es amplio y cuenta con muy buena presión de agua. Además, la cama es muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y el proceso de check-in fue muy fácil y cómodo.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la falta de algunos elementos básicos de cortesía y comodidad, como agua, un trapo o papel de cocina y una alfombrilla (toalla) para el baño. Además, el agua de la ducha se sale fácilmente al exterior si no se tiene mucho cuidado, y los grifos no siempre cierran correctamente. Aunque esto no depende directamente de los anfitriones, también conviene tener en cuenta que hay una iglesia muy cerca cuyas campanadas comienzan a sonar a las 7 de la mañana, cada media hora, lo que puede resultar molesto para quienes tienen el sueño ligero.

The location was nice, flat itself was clean and decent size for a family of 3. Check-in and Check-out was easy with video instructions. The staff was very friendly as well. Nice balcony with indoor view.

No basic supplies like soap, shampoo etc. Would have been nice to have couple of tea bags or coffee capsules, sponge to wash the dishes, etc.

The church bell rings at 7:00 in the morning and continues to ring every hour. Your morning is guaranteed to be ruined. -- The water from the shower leaks all over the bathroom. This is mentioned in every review. -- One roll of toilet paper for five days!:)))))))))))))))) -- The dishes in the kitchen are dirty. -- There are no coffee capsules. At least for the first morning, as a courtesy, would allocate two capsules. -- Humiliating reminder several times: that till 10:00 it must be collected bags and as soon as possible leave apartment.
