Rosemary Beach's vibrant atmosphere, complete with charming shops, bustling open-air markets, and a plethora of leisure activities, sets the stage for a delightful escape, whether it be a serene weekend getaway, a restful week-long sojourn, or an extended winter retreat.

If you are looking for a nice, updated place to stay with easy walking access to shops and all the things to enjoy in Rosemary Beach, this place is for you. The best part of our stay was the hosts. Paradise Properties did an outstanding job with communication from helping us get a new code immediately upon check in because the one provided wasn’t working, to checking in throughout our stay to see how things were going. The only thing I will mention is the room is below a carriage house, as well as part of a main house in which both were rented by separate renters. The main house had children playing in the pool from 6:45am to 8pm each day and there is a door that goes straight out to that pool from the room which meant we had to listen to yelling kids A LOT. You can also hear every step taken above in the carriage house and any and all noise from above can be heard which woke us up often early in the morning to late at night. With that being said, we just got unlucky with the other guests staying on the property and is no fault of Paradise Properties. You sort of sign up for that with a property like this and can’t expect all guests to be considerate of others.

This 1-bedroom studio is the absolute best! Once you arrive everything you need is within walking distance. Paradise Properties did an outstanding job as a host. I would highly recommend!

Clean and updated, quaint but extremely small. I take responsibility for ignoring square footage and relying on photos.
The angle pictures were taken are very deceiving. Bathroom is size of a cruise ship(maybe)bathroom. No place to put anything.
There is NO living room area as advertised and definitely not wheelchair accessible. If you like laying in bed to watch TV, no chairs this place will be great for you. Beverage refrigerator so no ice. Just don't be fooled. Rosemary/Inlet Beach is a great place to visit.
