Welcome to this charming and inviting carriage house nestled in Inlet Beach, perfectly positioned at the border of Rosemary Beach along the renowned 30A route. This prime location boasts a leisurely 3-minute walk to the beach, a brief 2-minute stroll to the heart of Rosemary, and ample opportunities for scenic bike rides along the picturesque path of 30A. Rosemary Beach, known for its eclectic shops, bustling open-air markets, and abundance of activities, provides a vibrant backdrop for a variety of experiences, whether you seek a tranquil weekend retreat, a relaxing week-long stay, or an extended winter escape.
Designed to offer exceptional comfort and convenience, Winston at Rosemary Carriage is equipped with amenities tailored for a couple or small family. Featuring one Queen bed and a King-sized pull-out sofa, this cozy condo accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, with a well-appointed mini-kitchen for added convenience. With off-street parking for one vehicle and its close proximity to all Rosemary has to offer, guests may find that driving becomes an optional indulgence during their vacation. It's important to note that this property does not provide access to the main house, including the private pool or inside garage, offering exclusive use of the top floor carriage house for a more private and intimate stay.

NOTE: There is a Main House located behind the Carriage house and a Flat that is directly below the Carriage house. If you do not wish to reserve the Main House & Flat along with Winston at Rosemary Carriage House, please be aware it can be rented separately and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay.

House was great & location was great. Paradise properties was very responsive & accommodating.

Really great area. 5-10 minute walk to get to shops, beach, dining in any direction. Size was decent and parking was good. Only issue we had was the WiFi was not good and neither was our phone service which was annoying. The home next door was also in the middle of construction which woulda tasty around 7am loud work

I would not stay here again as the listing didn’t specify that the guesthouse only had a dorm size refrigerator with no freezer section. This made it necessary to buy a bag of ice every morning at the convenience store down the road. The kitchenette had the bare minimum and the bathroom didn’t even have soap!
Also, they were renovating the downstairs area which included sawing tiles every day of our stay from 6am-6pm!!
Fortunately, we could not have had more beautiful weather so spent most of our time away from the cottage-
$$$$
