Little Beach Chickee (Inlet Dunes 203) is a beautifully redecorated 1-bedroom condo located in a gated community just 1-block from the gorgeous white sands of the Emerald Coast in Inlet Beach, FL. This first floor condo sleeps 4 with its king-master and hallway bunks. The patio makes for a great place for a relaxing breakfast, while planning your day of how to enjoy: the beaches, the pool, biking along 30A to Rosemary and Alys Beach, a little shopping and… Inlet Beach is a perfect location for a short or extended vacation in the highly desirable Inlet Beach area.

1. Rent bikes from Paradise30A and ride through Inlet Beach, to Rosemary or through Alys Beach
2. Visit our beautiful Emerald Coast Beaches
3. Grab a slice of pizza from Pizza by the Sea and enjoy the concerts at the Villages.
4. Explore many of the man-made reefs off the coast

4. 50% of payment is due at the time of booking and 100% is due 30 days prior to arrival
5. Renter must be 25 years of age and sign a rental agreement
6. No Pets allowed
7. No Smoking allowed

We loved staying at this cute and clean condo! The bed was very comfortable, the location to the beach was perfect, the pool was refreshing , and it was walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Shades restaurant. We really appreciated the water filter in the kitchen too! We would definitely stay here again!

My mother and I had the most amazing trip…we only wish we could have stayed longer! This bottom floor unit was gorgeous and so accessible to the pool, beach, and near by areas like Rosemary Beach and Seacrest shopping and restaurants! No stairs to climb at all…only a step for the sidewalk! Even the ramp to the beach is stair free! We will absolutely visit again!

Inlet Dunes was the perfect beach getaway for two. Beach was steps away and both Rosemary and Alys beaches are within walking distance. Lots of great restaurants close by as well. Highly recommend!
