Great view of the ocean from the balcony and nearest building to the boardwalk! Reasonably quiet in the neighborhood and you couldn’t hear other residents in adjacent units.

We've stayed here several times due to the perfect location - just steps away from the beach, unobstructed Gulf views, easy parking, and quiet calm. It's a 15-minute leisurely walk along side streets into Rosemary Beach for shopping or dining. We rent beach chairs and umbrellas through the vendors recommended by Kismet, and which are delivered directly to the unit before arrival. We've never had any issues with the WiFi or AC, and there is a box fan and plenty of extra linens available. The full size kitchen and living room area that looks out onto the Gulf, plus the balcony, are the reason we book this condo time and time again.
