This prime location boasts a leisurely 3-minute walk to the beach, a brief 2-minute stroll to the heart of Rosemary, and ample opportunities for scenic bike rides along the picturesque path of 30A. Rosemary Beach, known for its eclectic shops, bustling open-air markets, and abundance of activities, provides a vibrant backdrop for a variety of experiences, whether you seek a tranquil weekend retreat, a relaxing week-long stay, or an extended winter escape.
Designed to offer exceptional comfort and convenience, Winston at Rosemary Carriage is equipped with amenities tailored for a couple or small family. Featuring one Queen bed and a King-sized pull-out sofa, this cozy condo accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, with a well-appointed mini-kitchen for added convenience. With off-street parking for one vehicle and its close proximity to all Rosemary has to offer, guests may find that driving becomes an optional indulgence during their vacation. It's important to note that this property does not provide access to the main house, including the private pool or inside garage, offering exclusive use of the top floor carriage house for a more private and intimate stay.

NOTE: There is a Main House located behind the Carriage house and a Flat that is directly below the Carriage house. If you do not wish to reserve the Main House & Flat along with Winston at Rosemary Carriage House, please be aware it can be rented separately and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay.
