Condo in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach with direct beach access right in your back yard! Perfect for a quiet holiday get away. Imagine walking out onto your private back patio with your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to the waves crash upon shore. This one bedroom, one bathroom, with a full kitchen, living room and outdoor shower is oceanfront with private beach access. Park your car and walk to local boutiques, entertainment, or a variety of local favorite restaurants. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out sofa bed in living room. All Tv's are on a swivel allowing you to move the screen in any direction. Fully stocked kitchen with views of the ocean makes meal prep relaxing. The condo has a washer and dryer. Unit is nice and right on the beach. Path to beach is a bit overgrown - but might just be off season. Heads up if you book during Christmas there is a huge Christmas Eve event we were unaware of on the beach directly in front of the condo. We were unaware - but pleasantly surprised to get to watch Surfing Santa's - but it is a BIG event.

This was the perfect for the two of us. Terrific location and we took advantage of beautiful beach walks and dining.

Very reasonably priced beachfront property, tucked away from the business. 1 bedroom, comfortable bed, small living room and reasonable kitchen. A little tight for a family of four though exactly what we were expecting.
