Location, size - nice big rooms, size of beds, good AC, parking, clean, no mold or mildew, provided beach towels and gear, quiet, great and easy beach access.
Exterior and Common areas - need cleaning and upgrade - kinda ugly. elevator and common areas dirty, elevator filthy and smelled of urine. Steps to beach rickety - will need replacing soon. Leak under the sink, light in bedroom didn’t work, handle on recliner broken.

The location was absolutely fabulous. The extras in the garage were superb for the kids. We made good use of them.
