This multi unit home offers four private living spaces under one roof, perfect for large families and groups who want to be together and still enjoy personal space. The number one best feature of this house is its location. You are right on the ocean so the views from the 2nd floor are beautiful (amazing sunrise) and it is a 1 minute walk to the beach and just a few minutes from all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping. The home is broke up into multiple apartments that each have their own bathrooms and kitchens with full appliances. The house has keyless entry which is great and was nice and clean when we checked. If the beach is your thing this is the place to get. You also get clear views of the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral and we saw one of the Blue Origin launches during our stay which was very cool. The only issue we had was with the internet service being spotty and my cell service wasn't great. I informed the owner and they were getting it repaired. For the money I would call it a great value given the location is on the beach and you are a few minute walks to some really nice restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and retail stores. We did not rent a car and it worked out great.

The location is the prime feature of this house. You can't beat the beachfront access and view from the second floor. The house itself is a little rough. The pictures make it seem much more modern and polished than it really is. Downstairs smells musty and a little dingy, but upstairs was okay. While the upper story has central air, the bottom floor has window or wall units throughout - ours leaked through the whole stay and was the source of the musty smell. We also didn't love that there was no good communal table area for all of us to gather together to eat or play games. The downstairs beds could use new mattresses.Some plusses are that it truly does offer a lot of privacy for multiple family renters, as each little apartment has its own bathroom and kitchenette. It also came with all the basic appliances and utensils we needed. The beach canopies and chairs were great.We did have a couple maintenance issues that the property manager responded to in a timely fashion but were not resolved during our stay - namely the upstairs dryer didn't run a full cycle (stops after a few minutes), the leaky AC unit, and one of the glass light covers from the fan and light outside randomly fell and shattered all over the deck.Overall, this is an okay place to stay if you value privacy and need space for multiple families and want a great view and beach access. We would use Happy Palm Stays again, but probably not return to that house.
