Home has a dedicated/private office with desk and chair, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor kitchen/ BBQ, and covered patio. Great for couples or family getaways. It's a sweet setup.

The modern, comfortable living space is an open format allowing for easy conversation from the spacious kitchen and bar area to living room and two dining spaces. There are two master bedrooms. The upstairs master includes its own walk-out porch overlooking the canal. This upper bedroom is spacious and great for a couple wanting privacy or a family looking to have their own bathroom away from the rest of the houseguests. The main floor master includes both a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower along with direct access to the back patio.

Two of the bedrooms offer privacy and a comfortable stay that include plenty of space for your belongings and access to a shared bathroom. The final bedroom has a pull-out couch and TV with a side chair that can serve as an additional single bed - great for a child/youth or single sleeper if you're looking to get some additional sleeping space.

There are multiple beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, towels and sand toys to use for your time on the beach. There's an outdoor shower to clean off the sand from your feet and rinse off after fun at the beach.

The pool is covered allowing for the beautiful sunshine to come through while cutting down bugs or elements falling into the water. At the entry of the pool, there's space for little ones to splash and play in a shallow flat (with supervision) but it's also deep enough for kids of all ages to enjoy. The patio furniture and outdoor kitchen in this covered space give plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors where the weather seems always in your favor.

The covered dock offers a beautiful and calming view at all hours. Enjoy a coffee while watching for any dolphins to pop by in the morning or a cool beverage of choice in the evening as the sun sets. We have a feeling most guests will be spending the majority of their time outdoors by the pool or dock when not at the beach.

Peaceful, nice neighborhood, a few blocks from beach. It's a quiet street with an easy walk to local shopping, art, restaurants, bars, coffee, smoothie and ice cream shops. Downtown area offers a perfect mix of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, often with nightlife of live music and entertainment to enjoy.

Good-sized driveway with 3-4 spots for plenty of parking. Easily walkable to beach, or can drive and park at Lori Wilson park right at the beach, with free, public parking. Optional Cocoa Beach bus shuttle a half mile away. Two bikes are also available.

Great place to relax after time spent at Disney as it's a nice hour's drive from Orlando or spend time before or after a cruise out of Cape Canaveral. The beach access nearby has lifeguards on duty with optional surf and beach items for rent. It's close to great restaurants from steak to sushi and great shopping at Ron John's Surf Shop or browse the work of local artisans. You can even take a visit to the Kennedy Space Center just 30 minutes away.

Pool heat is available during the winter months, however, it does come at an addition charge. Please inquire before arrival so we can provide details.

The Boat Lift is not for Guests to use, but tying up a boat to the dock is allowed!
