• No moving furniture
• No smoking inside ($500 fine)
• Quiet hours 11PM – 7AM
Noise monitors and exterior cameras are installed for safety.
Pet Policy

• $150 non-refundable pet fee (per pet)
• Maximum 2 dogs
• Must be leashed in yard
• Must pick up after pets
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
Booking Requirements
To confirm your reservation:
• Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours
• Valid driver’s license required
• Card on file for verification
A $500 refundable security hold will be placed 2 days before arrival and released after checkout if no damages are reported.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Subject to availability.
• Must be requested 24 hours in advance
• $25 per hour fee
If checkout delays the cleaning team, a $50 service fee will apply.

Had an amazing time, Leah provides a plethora of coffee tea snacks along with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, towels, beach gear, all the local restaurants to try & places to visit and clear instructions for checking out and checking in. We had a fantastic time. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This is the perfect and unique place to stay for a larger group of people. Plenty of space inside and outside to hang out. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and more. Proximity to the beach was amazing, one short walk and we were at the ocean. 10/10 recommend

We rented both units and it was a great stay. They were clean and updated with new/newer electronics and appliances. Location to beach, restaurants, bars and shops was "A perfect fit". Everything we wanted and more....
