How far is the beach?
About a 3–5 minute walk (roughly 1.5 blocks). Heads-up: the road in front of the house and the road you cross to reach the beach are both busy, there is now a cross walk to cross to the beach.
Is the pool heated? What about the spa? The pool and spa are private to this home and inside the fenced backyard. The pool is not heated. Heating the spa is included in your nightly rate, with no extra fee. The spa heats on propane for about an hour at a time. Please don't adjust the pool equipment yourself. Just message us and we'll take care of it.
What beach gear do you provide?
Beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a beach wagon, sand toys, and a small cooler are in the garage. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Is it good for kids and babies? Yes. There's a pack 'n play and a high chair in the closet, and the backyard is fully fenced.
What's the sleeping setup?
3 bedrooms with a king or queen bed in each room, and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite is at the back of the house.
Is there a grill?
Yes, there's a gas grill in the backyard.
Where do we park? Can we use the garage?
There is parking for 4 cars and the garage can be used just has to be opened from inside.
What's close by?
You can walk to the beach, Coconuts on the Beach, The Fat Donkey ice cream and a coffee shop. Downtown Cocoa Beach and the pier are a short drive, and Kennedy Space Center is about 25 minutes.

First off, I have to say the house is very clean. The house is very nice. The backyard is great. The beach is around the corner about a 5-minute walk.The bad side is the house, is on a very busy street. You have to drive to all restaurants. VRBO told me in an email that check in was 11:00 am, then Kelsey told me it was 3:00 PM which screwed up our day. Also, I told Kelsey the ice machine was broken, and she said thank you for letting her know. Then I asked when the ice machine would be fixed, and she said they tried, and it cannot be fixed. So that was crappy instead of first off apologizing and being honest that it was just broke. We were asked to take out the garbage from previous guest, which again was annoying because they left the garbage a mess with pizza boxes and stuff outside of the garbage. I asked about using the hot tub one day which costs 30.00 and that is just ridiculous. The pool was cold so we thought if we turned it on, it would warm it up a little. I was then told it only heats the hot tub and not the pool. We had 3 HUGE spiders in the house. Even my husband was like I have never seen a spider that big. I told Kelsey and again without any apology she seemed confused and basically was like whatever, we have pest control I will let them know.She never apologized about any of the problems and basically blew me off. So basically, I would never stay at this house again. There are other nice houses in the area so I would go with something else.
