About this house rental
Just a short walk from the beach, this renovated 3-bedroom Cocoa Beach home sleeps 8 and is made for family beach vacations. Come home to your own fenced tropical backyard with an 8-person hot tub, heated outdoor shower, fire pit and BBQ. Inside you'll find a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, Smart TVs and an Xbox One. It's an easy home base for Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral cruises and the Space Coast.
This newly renovated, single-level 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath beach house combines the comfort of home with one of our guests' favorite features: a private tropical backyard made for relaxing after the beach.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The fully fenced backyard features:
• 8-person hot tub
• Heated outdoor shower
• Fire pit with seating
• BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen
• Covered dining deck, patio and sun loungers
• Tropical landscaping and string lights
Rinse off under the heated outdoor shower, soak in the hot tub, grill dinner and finish the evening around the fire pit.
SLEEPING
The home sleeps up to 8 guests:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk beds + twin pull-out
Our beds and bedding were selected with comfort in mind, including mattresses from W Hotels, plus room-darkening shades and extra pillows and blankets.

Optional Beach Gear Package: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and a surfboard are available for $35 per full beach day. We don't charge for arrival or departure days.

BBQ & FIRE PIT: Charcoal and firewood are not provided, but both are available at Ace Hardware less than a mile away.
The home is professionally prepared before each arrival. Cleaning during your stay, luggage drop-off and long-term stays are available.

We all really enjoyed our time staying in Cocoa Beach at this lovely rental property, that was very close to the beach. besides the coffee maker not working. Everything else was excellent.

This was our second stay at this lovely home and it did not disappoint. It is extremely well equipped and well maintained. We can see where the owner made numerous improvements since our last stay. It’s really perfect for us and our dog, with the bonus of a fenced yard. A block from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, there is never a lack of things to do here. Just what we needed. We’ll be back!

Our family absolutely loved this property. The proximity to the beach and option to rent any materials we needed for the beach were so convenient. Comfortable home with great amenities, close to everything we wanted to do, and wonderful hosts who were very attentive and prompt. We will be back!
