Gorgeous one bedroom oceanfront condo located in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Equipped with full size kitchen (has everything you need to cook), sleeper sofa, 50 inch HDTV smart with cable. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Everything you need for you stay is right here! Please read over our reviews. You will love this place!

Wonderful Stay. Right in the middle of everyting and 2 blocks from my favorite restaraunt (Cafe Surfanista). It's right on the beach and downtown, but still very private b/c the dunes are a great buffer. It was 4th of July and the the drone show was literally right over our heads. Rented boards at Ocean Surf World and had fun paddling out, even though there wasn't much of a swell. OH! We did see a baby turle make it back to the water and a SpaceX Rocket Launch. Really a perfect location and very comfortable. Marcia made everything super easy. 5 Star.

Close to beach, restaurants, and cool spot to view rocket launched. There is a bagel shop practically beside the condo for easy breakfast. The host is quick to respond to communication and the place has a bit of anything you might need.

Very old building under construction/remodeling. Interior seems small but relatively clean.
