From the moment you enter this beautiful home, you will be captivated by the sensational expansive bay views from Sorrento to the City from numerous bedrooms and living areas. It has all the amenities for a perfect, relaxing getaway with large living areas, a solar heated in-ground pool, BBQ and large alfresco dining, 6 person yoga studio, Foxtel and multiple smart TVs. You can enjoy shooting some hoops at the basketball ring. On a rainy day, reading a book or playing board games (provided) may be just what you need! For those of you who may be inspired to write, you can work while admiring the view from the study nook.

Spot the wildlife such as wallabies and native birds in the bushland and appreciate the natural wonder of Mount Martha public park.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to keep good relations with our neighbours and local council, please consider our house rules before booking:
1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 8.
5. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.

Clifftop Family Retreat at Mt Martha was a lovely property. Over 3 levels with 3 living areas, our large family group had plenty of room. Would recommend for large groups
