Great house, amazing views, nice interiors. Worked well having my elderly parents in master bedroom upstairs, then us and kids downstairs. Nice walk to/in nature reserve nearby. Drive to the beach but this is the case for majority of houses. Two tvs (up and down) was a lifesaver. We had a lovely stay.

We had a great stay in Mt Martha. The only issue we had was that the central heating stopped working on the 2nd day and we were unable to contact the property manager. Fortunately the reverse cycle air conditioning units worked.

View of sea waa beautiful. Home very comfortable, warm and all facilities. Great being able to take our dogs.

Overall it was ok but a few things needed attention. Ensuite toilet seat was loose, lock on bathroom didn’t work, toilet roll holder fell off, wifi kept cutting out, broken tiles downstairs hallway, broken tiles on upstairs balcony and overall the house wasn’t very clean. I was able to fix the lock and toilet seat but expected better for the price. The garden was overgrown in the driveway.
