Positano Mt Martha

A beautiful large modern home with big spaces to relax and enjoy. An amazing view to the bay. Very comfortable beds too.

The bbq and coffee machine had not been cleaned , & left filthy. Also the gas bottle was nearly empty & no tea towels.

Beautiful location and views. The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy with coded entry.

There were no hand towels provided in any bathrooms and no hairdryers in the two downstairs bathrooms. Firleighters for the coonarra would also have been useful. The central heating was not working throughout the house and it took over 24 hours for the hosts to acknowledge any phone calls or emails. I called the hosts office and left messages as well as the emergency number - neither returned calls or emails until late the following day therefore on the first night we had no heating downstairs and it was very cold. There was also no extra bedding available .

Less than happy with cleanliness of kitchen and utensils. Needed to wash all crockery and cutlery prior to use. Number of cooking utensils were rusty. Very limited kitchen cleaning items (1 x tea towel, no spare bin liners, no hand towels in property). Oven not firmly fitted- safety risk. Rusty and unoperational remote control for AC in upper bedroom. No toiletries available in bathrooms. No hand towel or face washers in bathrooms. Lots of rust in sliding doors. Over grown garden at entrance to property scratched car. Photos available on request.
