Perfect location for Birmingham centre and was ideal for our work needs. We had six guys staying over for 2 weeks and there is plenty of space for everyone! House was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here before and will continue to use this property, if available, for all our work visits to Birmingham.

The property location was perfect for us with only a 10 minute drive to the centre. We had 7 people staying for 3 weeks and it never felt overcrowded in the house. The property is to a very good standard. Plenty of shops and other amenities close by and we had a great experience staying there. Would definitely recommend to others.
With the property able to accommodate 8 people, there is the problem of the refuse being taken away as the council only take what is in the bin and don’t touch any extra bags left out. Just be aware of this, but not a big deal.
