Spacious property
Good location for the places we needed to visit. Felt secure in gated complex. Clean, tidy, spacious bedrooms.
A few things needed fixing & when we first arrived the neighbour was in our parking space but thats not fault of the owner.

Fine for a night, but better places out there
Location close to the high street
Having been advised there would be a £300 security deposit prior to checking in required I would had assumed the property would have been in exception condition. It was not, it was very tired and worn, broken chairs, blinds, sofa, cupboard doors not fitted, fridge freezer in the lounge and a neglected terrace.

Spacious and relaxing. Hired this place for my nephew wedding. We were some of the guests. Alicia the host was on hand and very attentive and accommodating throughout the day.
Everything was on point. I hope we can come back for future Birmingham weddings
