Location excellent for the NEC. Nice garden.
A firmer mattress, chair in bedroom would have been nice as bed was low. One chair in lounge was impossible to sit in - too low and soft.

Hosts was polite, friendly and very helpful and responsive. House very clean and spacious.
Mattresses on 2 of the beds is in need of replacing, can feel the springs.
