A luxurious, light and airy three-bedroom home in a quiet canal-side setting, yet only about 15 minutes' drive from Birmingham Airport, the NEC and Resorts World. A short walk takes you to Shirley's shops, restaurants and train station.
A spacious, contemporary penthouse — a little glamour with a lot of comfort. Three double bedrooms (one on a characterful mezzanine level), two bathrooms including an ensuite, and a bright open-plan living space opening onto a mezzanine balcony.
There's also a comfortable sofa bed in bedroom 3, so the penthouse sleeps up to seven — ideal for a larger group, a small family, or an extra colleague on a work stay. Fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi throughout, and a smart TV to unwind in the evenings.

We manage the penthouse personally, so there's always someone on hand — but we'll never intrude on your stay. Check-in is self-service, so you can arrive on your own schedule, and we're just a message away before and throughout. We usually reply within the hour, whether it's a local recommendation or something you need sorting.
Self check-in — instructions sent at 12:00 on arrival day.

Cats are welcome if kept within the flat; unfortunately we can't accept dogs, as the shared grounds aren't suitable.
