"Moat House" is a great house for business or holiday stay. Enjoy our fully equipped large kitchen/diner, well maintained garden, and car parking.
This property is located close to Birmingham NEC and Birmingham Airport and is perfect for the more discerning guests who value high quality accommodation to relax and unwind and plan the days activities
Moat House is booked on a whole house basis.
Corporate bookings are welcome at preferential rates
Moat House is a Luxury fully modernised house which can accommodate up to 10 people and would be suitable as a base for a company attending a show at the NEC or Resorts World, working at Jaguar Land Rover, a family travelling from Birmingham International Airport, visiting Drayton Manor Park or Birmingham City Centre
The 5 individual rooms are configured as follows:
Room 1 (Orange Room) - Double Bed & en-suite
Room 2 (Green Room) -
Sofa-bed, en-suite, & Patio door access to garden
Upstairs
Room 3 (Grey Room) -
Double Bed & access shared family bathroom
Room 4 (Purple Room) - Double Bed, Kitchenette & access to shared family bathroom
Room 5 (Yellow Room) - Double Bed, Kitchenette & en-suite
There is one WC downstairs.
We provide clean towels, fresh bed linen and other essentials such as toiletries and toilet paper.
All guests are welcome to use our fully modernised contemporary kitchen Diner, Garden and other facilities. The house has Superfast Wifi connected constantly.
ALL GUESTS will be personally met and greeted
Staying local (all located within a 3 minute walk of the property).
Local convenience store, local town centre comprising of ASDA, Costa, Boots, Greggs, KFC, McDonalds, Indian restaurant and Fish and Chip Shop
NEC / Airport / Resorts World (with shops, bars, restaurants and iMax cinema) and National Motorcycle Museum - 10 min car/taxi journey.
Birmingham – Broad Street, Arcadian and China town, Brindley place, The Cube / Mail box and many more, all of which are a 20 minute bus ride away and very local to the city centre.
You are within 5 minutes walk of the local bus terminus. From there, it is easy to get to Birmingham City Centre or Birmingham International Railway Station, which opens access to London in just over an hour and the rest of the British Isles
