Very cozy and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location.

We had some miscommunication with the owner regarding payment which made things mildly irritating.

It’s a well-equipped apartment and really convenient, just two bus stops away from the main bazaar (a 10-minute walk) and located on the Main Street, making it an ideal location. The neighborhood is quite vibrant, you’ll see children playing downstairs. The building is a bit shady, but the interior is actually quite nice and clean. The stairs can be a bit challenging if you’re carrying large luggage, but we are fine with it. The washroom has a weird shape, but it didn’t affect usability, it’s more of a design issue than a problem with the house itself.

It is not cons, just saying. We first struggled with the air conditioning; it was entirely our fault. Since the aircon is located in the indoor balcony, it couldn’t blow directly into the room. We later figured out that we needed to change the mode. One more thing to note: they collected the payment during our stay, not before or after. We just left the money there, and they came in to collect it while we were out of the house. We communicated about this and were okay with it, but if you’re uncomfortable with people entering your accommodation when you’re not around, please consider this and find a suitable solution. P.S. I was actually surprised at how expensive accommodations are in Bishkek. When we searched for rooms, this was the average price (slightly higher), but it turned out to be the most expensive accommodation during my entire month-long trip in the Stans, but I guess that’s because the accommodation is in the city center and is AN apartment.

Dank Schlüsselbox und guter Kommunikation ist die Anreise flexibel und einfach. Sehr schnelle Antworten und einfache Abwicklung der Bezahlung. Gleich nebenan sind diverse Banken und Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Den Sightseeingbummel kann man direkt vor der Haustür starten, weil die Wohnung am westlichen Ende der Kette der Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt und dann mit Bus oder E-Scooter zurück. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt, zumindest, wenn man nicht großartig kochen will.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer befahrenen Straße und insbesondere die vielen Busse machen Lärm. Bei offenem Fenster richtig laut, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern und morgens Ohropax rein, kein wirkliches Problem.
